How to buy in Ciabella?

Too easy!

  1. Find what you want in the different categories.
  2. Choose everything you like and click ADD TO CART. When you are ready to buy, in the upper right corner click on “My Cart” and then click on “Checkout”.
  3. Your address information will be requested for the delivery of the product, method of payment and shipping.
  4. You will immediately receive a notification of the purchase.

How much is the shipping ?

Standard shipping $99 mxn (3-8 business days) and expedited shipping $165 mxn (1-3 business days).

Orders over $799 mxn shipping is FREE

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most credit and debit cards. As well as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.

Do you accept American Express?

We do accept payments with American Express cards.

Are your prices in Mexican pesos?

Yes, our prices are in Mexican pesos.

How can I track my order?

We will send you an email when the order has left our warehouse including the code and the page where you can track the order. If several days have passed and you have not received that email, contact us at ciabellamxstore@gmail.com
